Complete your applicant profile

Add your qualification, specialty, institution, registration number, LinkedIn, and professional bio. A complete profile strengthens your submission.

Open your dashboard

Your dashboard is your control center. All submissions, drafts, messages, certificates, and exchange activity are managed here.

Start a new submission

Click Start New Submission from your dashboard. Confirm your profile is current before the slider opens.

Choose your submission pathway

Select Medical Asset Assurance™, Golden Medical Asset Assurance™, or Medical Invention Asset Assurance™ based on your work.

Choose your category

Select the category that best fits your submission from the ten available categories.

Choose your paper type

Select from fourteen paper types. The platform opens the correct writing structure based on your selection.

Follow the guided writing slider

Complete each section of your paper in the guided slider. You may write directly or paste content prepared elsewhere. Save your draft at any point.

Declare AI use or non-use

Every submission requires an AI Provenance Disclosure™. Declare whether AI was used, which platform, and how it contributed.

Upload AI conversation if AI was used

Submit the original AI conversation used in preparing this submission for provenance review.

Add references and supporting material

Paste references, citations, guidelines, or links. Upload supporting files, tables, figures, or evidence.

Review all declarations

Read and confirm the Category Suitability Declaration, Covenant of Convenance™, Declaration of Truth, Patient Confidentiality Declaration, and Consent to Review.

Submit for Medical Asset Assurance™ review

Click I Agree and Submit for Review. Your submission enters the review queue immediately.

Respond to revision requests if required

The review team may request revisions. You will be notified through your dashboard and can respond directly.

Receive your assurance decision

The final decision is Medical Asset Assurance™ Granted, conditionally assured, published with objections noted, or not assured.

Certificate and Blockchain Verification

After Medical Asset Assurance™ is granted, a digital certificate is issued. The certificate record is placed on blockchain so readers, institutions, and authors can verify authenticity, status, and publication record.
