We also collect submission content, AI provenance disclosures, payment records, voting activity, and comment history.
Your data is used to operate your dashboard, manage your submissions, facilitate the Medical Asset Assurance™ review process, issue blockchain certificates, process payments, and communicate with you about your submissions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Invention pathway submissions are protected by NDA and access control systems.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Published papers and their associated records are retained indefinitely as part of the permanent record of Medical Asset Assurance™ status. You may request account deletion through your dashboard or by contacting the platform.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Requests may be submitted through your dashboard. Note that published papers with blockchain certificates cannot be deleted from the blockchain record, though platform display can be modified.
We use session cookies for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for third-party advertising purposes.
