Last updated: 01 May 2026

1. Platform Overview

MedicalWhitePapers.com is a structured medical publishing platform operating under the Medical Asset Assurance™ standard. By creating an account or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Author Responsibilities

Authors retain full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, and originality of their submitted content. Submission to MedicalWhitePapers.com does not transfer authorship responsibility to the platform.

3. Review Process

Medical Asset Assurance™ is a proprietary review and assurance standard. It does not constitute regulatory approval, clinical endorsement, legal verification, or professional certification. Review decisions are final unless a formal revision process is initiated by the review team.

4. AI Provenance Disclosure™

All authors must truthfully declare AI use or non-use. Submitted AI conversations must be complete and unedited. Misrepresentation of AI provenance may result in immediate rejection, removal of assurance status, or suspension of platform access.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are non-refundable unless the platform fails to initiate review within a reasonable time frame. Payment does not guarantee assurance status, publication, or acceptance. All fee schedules are published on the Fees and Payments page and may change without prior notice.

6. Blockchain Certificates

Blockchain certificates are issued at the discretion of the platform following successful assurance review. Certificate issuance is subject to applicable fees. Certificates verify assurance status only and do not constitute regulatory or legal approval.

7. Exchange Listings

The Medical Asset Assurance Stock Exchange™ is a medical asset listing, access, rating, and representation platform. It is not a public securities exchange, broker dealer, investment exchange, or public share trading platform. Ratings represent user engagement and do not constitute endorsement of any kind.

8. NDA and Invention Pathway

Confidential invention details must not be submitted until an NDA is executed. The platform is not responsible for any unauthorized disclosure of information submitted before NDA execution. Authors bear full responsibility for protecting their intellectual property prior to formal NDA protection.

9. Content Removal

The platform reserves the right to remove, unpublish, or restrict access to any submission that is found to be fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, in breach of patient confidentiality, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes arising from platform use shall be subject to dispute resolution procedures determined by the platform.

11. Amendments

MedicalWhitePapers.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
